Exercise Regime

Looks like I've been rather active these days. Whether it is jogging, swimming, yoga-ing or kickboxing, it has become some weekly affairs for me! *a pat on my back*

My exercise regime kicked off 3 weeks ago, thanks to a friend of mine who is bent on slimming down (in a healthy manner of course). Her perserverance and determination motivated me greatly to wake up at 7.ooam thrice every weekly and do a good 20 mins jog with her at our neighbourhood park. We would swim on Thursday morning, and I will do my 16 laps in the competition pool.

On top of those, I signed up with Pretty Tuff in my school, learning yoga and kickboxing from professional instructors the club hired. 5 sessions for 15 bucks. It's just SO worth it.

I think it's tough and inefficient to be a weekend warrior. I tried and it never lasted long. But I must say, with good exercise companion, nothing is impossible. We constantly motivate one another to run that 7 rounds together, probably adding more rounds when we are comfortable? (:

Driving

I'm glad that Mom has given me more freedom in that. Often, I would review my "incorrigible crime" episode of "stealing" my family car key and drive to school. Sounds harsh eh? Haha. But OK la, at least I earn more chances on car usage. (: Pretty nice idea to drive to school whenever I feel like it, but of course, I try to drive on every other day saving the petrol cost. (:

Now that I got the car, I have to work on my sense of direction! :x
