Somehow or rather, I was suffering from jet-lag after the Beijing trip. Probably I'm still living in my own little world of China..Cos' the time seems to stop short at June 13, 11:43 when I reached one of the peaks of Great Wall, enjoying the picturesque scenary of the mountains and valleys from the view up there..and feeling how fortunate I am to be given this golden opportunity nearing the heaven physically.

But knocking some sense out of me, it's time for me to face the reality tt it's already July 1! Argh..hate how time and tide wait for no man. Before I realise it, school term is starting promptly in like 3-4 weeks' time. My 7 mths' span of hols is reduced to less than a month! *Goodness Gracious*

However, I'm glad that I'm the exceptional one with longer hols till 3rd Aug due to WMC. *Evil Grin*

Oh well..come to think of it, no big deal abt that since I'll be facing hell when I get back to school on Aug 4. I cld already imagine the piles and piles of workload waiting for me to clear and all the little adminstrative matters for me to settle one by one. *Sheesh* On top of that, I gotta pray hard that I dun return to Singapore only on the early morning of Aug 4, with unearthly timing like 01:00. I cld forsee that my survival rate for any lessons on the similar day will jolly well be equivalent to an egg. *Goodness Gracious* =/

By the way, Viva Musica IV was a success(oh well..I'm pretty lagging)! =) Eventhough we din put up our best performance last Friday evening, it's an overall wonderful concert for we pple truly, deeply, madly enjoyed ourselves!=) And it's Haising Concert Band first ever solo concert in a decent hall like Singapore Conference Hall! No wonder all of us, be it the alumni or the main band were pretty excited tt night. Frankly speaking, it's been a dream for HSCband members to perform in such prestigous hall since my batch..or even the earlier batches of seniors. Only that we were not given a chance to do so due to several constraints. Hence, I cld say that the current sec 2s are very fortunate to peform for the first time in such a good hall. I recalled how each year when my batch hope to play in halls like VCH but to our dismay, we ended up showcasing the band in the warm little school hall..*SigH* well of course, with the exception of my Sec 3 year when Haising performed at SCH since it's a combined concert with NASSBand. Am glad to have fantastic group of band teachers-in-charge this year who made our long-lasting dream come true..and also, I've to thank them for the red Rose that they bought especially for each peforming member in the band! It's soo sweet right?! =D

Luckily I've this week to relax a little and recover from the trip. After coming back from Beijing two Fridays ago, I hardly have time to breathe with all the band prac lined-up one day after another due to Viva Musica IV and partly also, Mus'Art fund raising concert. Beside taking a good break to replenish my energy, I've also spent these few days doing meticulous planning on my calendar. Too many things cramp within the month of July and Aug making me utterly confused. I rem how I was taught on the importance of planning in one of my Pastoral Care lessons at NYJ..and now I appreciate the fact tt it's crucial to ensure tt things work out in a proper manner. It's more organised to live life this way.

But..A worry for me..it's the ticket sales for MusArt fund raising concert. Oh well. Pretty bad. *SigH* I suppose it's due to the timing of the inappropriate timing of the concert. Anyhow, I gotta thank my 'jiu xing' for buying tickets from me; my parents, Amanda, Weiee and her friend. Arigato Gozaimasu!!^-^
