How irritating! For twice I spent time and effot making blog entries and for twice I'm unlucky enough to hav all my bloodshed go down the drain at a click of the mouse. Arghhh. This is soo te-ne-ne!!! From now onwards, I'm going to save every now and then for fear tt history repeats itself. *goOdness graciOus*
Finally persuaded my lazy bones to go for a real exercise. *lol* Went for a jog with Poh Poh at Bedok Town Park last Sat..How glad I'm to find a wonderful jogmate whom I cld jog and chit-chat with at the same time! ^-^ Amazingly, we showed no signs of exhuastion at the end of the 2.0++ Km. Instead we were more refreshing and energetic than ever wor. Wow! Felt a good sense of achievements. =>
Went to mus'art on Sun as usual, and caught the Eye10 after that. Was reluctant to go for the latter at first considering the fact that I've to wake up early in the morning for work the next day. But well..eventually..I...succumbed to temptation. *laughs(shyly)* I've actually been wanting to watch the show due to its creative advertisement for which I rated 5 stars. =D It really broke the norm.
Read this- a frightening lady model who wore heavy eye shadows stood at the flight of steps in the underground tunnel tt links C.K Tangs and Shaw Towers. She was holding a black unbrella on one hand and notebooks for promotion on the other. With seemingly evil eyes which bored into yours, she approached surprised passers-by and handed them the notebooks with a feeble and shaky hand. Such a great hoo-ha had it created that even reporters were curious to check it out.
When I learnt abt the story from the horse's mouth (my manager who saw it for herself), I felt soo lucky all of a sudden to have given such interesting happening a miss. Do you know that her very presence had sent countless of kids screaming at the top of their voice and adults being scared off their wits(like my manager)?Fortunately I was not one of the victims else I cant imagine how I wld response to tt. Probably embarrass myself by signing a membership with the screaming gang. *phew*
Anyway, the movie itself wasn't as horrifying as the advertising figure (of course). I went to watch it with Xinhui and Kelvin at Jurong Entertainment Centre. Well..A rather funny and comical show which made me laugh my head off immediately at the start of the show. *haa* The scary part wld be how close the 10 ways are to the reality cos' to me, it all seems so real. One lesson I learnt from the movie- Curiosity really kills the cat. Another is not to play with fire.
Yesterday din with my pri sch mates; Shufen, Jenny and Phui Ling. Come to think of it, I do hav to agree that life is truly full of the unpredictables. The four of us were not even cliques in the past. Oh well..we did play with one another la but we were not very close then. In spite of tt, we actually become good friends now. Will treasure our frienship de. =D Mmm..so we dined at Pizza hut, and you wld be surprised that we actually took a River taxi ride to Clarke Quay! I swear that the latter was unplanned. We only happened to stroll along the Esplanade Dr when a uncle was promoting 3 bucks per ride at River Express ticketing counter to us. 3 dollars..hmm..we thought it sounded good and was worthwhile for a 7-8mins' ride on the boat. Very 'on' den, we made swift yet firm decision. Well..with Shufen around, we're sure good decision makers!*haha* The best thing was we're very lucky to have the boat ourselves! Crazy enough, we stood four in a line in front of the first seats (as if we're..F4?? Nononno..G4 to be exact a.k.a Girlspower 4. *lol* Lame!) and wave at the boats passing by! *haa* Okay la..I thought well..once in a while, it's perfectly fine to be wild to de-stress ourselves ya? Yeah..life is hectic at times. Below is a scan of my ticket. Keeping it as a souvenir! *hee*
Rightz..I gotta rest lest I cant wake up on time tmr..
Having a one-day chalet at Costa Sands this sat wor..Looking forward! ^-^
Oh yeah.
