Oh goodness gracious. -_-

Cld finally appreciate the warmth and comfort at home. If stay IN too long, one will certainly take them(as in warmth and comfort) for granted. And worst, RoT at home. It feels truly great to be back home again, embracing my pillows and teddy bears, lying on cosy sofa, watching nice-nice TV shows and the best of all is SlEeP! *haha*
Gotta turn in early tonight, else I might not survive tmr.

Had a mere 7 hrs of sleep which I thought was already sufficient, but in fact it was not. I yawned countless times throughout the day today! *sigh* Luckily I could control my ugly open-mouthed gesture well in front of the customers. =D

Talking abt customers..yupyup. Customer service is exactly what my job is.

Met up with Michelle...Oh ya, btw I've an 'eyesore' to correct in my previous entry. My tt VJ fren is Michelle and not Mitchell. I've no idea why I actually spelt it the wrong way when I was doing my entry yesterday. Maybe thought too much of the author of 'Tuesdays with Morrie' ba. You know Mitch Albom? Yup, he is the author of this meaningful;international bestseller book. So probably tt's how I unconsciously came up with the name, Mitchell? *Haha*..interesting. Somemore I learnt from buddy tis evening tt Mitchell is a guy's name. *oOops*

Alright, let's not digress. =)

So we agreed the day before to meet at Tanjong Pagar MRT station control..and guess what? We were both coincidentally on the same train, and most importantly, we were early. ^-^
I was rather worried initially that she might be late cos' she stays in Pasir Ris and yoU know tt's SoO East. Well..her early arrival had clearly proven that my prior worry was unnecessary. Great! ;)

By the time we reached Kelly, it's only 8.10a.m. ; 20 mins earlier than our appointment with Tricia. And Tricia was late lo..BUT I wasnt at all annoyed with her delay cos' I'm truly more than thankful to her for giving me and Michelle the job. Moreover, I think she's not feeling well also; heard quite a no of coughs from her. Get well soon, Tricia!

After she's explained everything to us; abt the Timesheet, the location of our respective banks,( In fact, there were four of us being assigned to different banks..And I gt to know one more fren who's from JJC. She's quite soft-spoken and seemed to giggle at whatever I said. I'm very funny meh? *dots* But she's friendly! And tt's good enough. ^-^) and the add-ons to our work duties.

I gt to my workplace at only 9.05a.m, which was supposedly 5 mins later than the actual reporting time. However, whoever is concerned wasn't too much bothered abt tt. Cos the pple there were all having meeting when I reached.
Hmm..gotta set off early tmr and be 15 mins before time. :)
Anyway, the person who's looking after me is Petrina. She's very approachable, and very good to me wor! She actually took some time off her busy schedule to explain to me what tis tis tt tt are. However, it was only the real thing tt makes me fully understand what the refund thingy are all abt. The entire morning I spent reading the script which explains the proper way of answering the customers..err..well, all of it seemed useful but when the unfortunate thing was whatever my customers asked are not very relevant to my theory. In spite of that, the good thing is there's only one customer who was really troublesome. This lady arh.. I suspect must be out there, trying to test me since she's aware that I'm first day at work today. For heaven's sake, she's working right there at HSBC can? Just that she's under a different department. But but BUT she knows I'm new to the building alright? *Fuming* Bully me on my first day. Tenene!~

The I-cheques thingy are creating sOO much problems to the bank lo. Thanks to ***** (the 'blank-blank' company who offers to issue the dining vouchers).

Luckily, the customers (from outside ones) were quite easy to handle. There's this guy whom I've to listen to all his grumbles cos' he's jus too angry abt this incident. Putting myself in his shoes, I can truly understand his feelings. Imagine tt you only gt your vouchers not long ago. And a mere few days later, the news reported that those vouchers tt you've received via whatever channels cannot be used and have to be returned to the bank for reimbursement. It's very exasperating right? The customers who're affected are really happy for nothing lo. *dots* Feel sad for them also. *Sigh*

What a tiring day today!-_- Stood at the reception counter the entire half day today..ran here and there to find the relevant pple to serve the customers..Goodness gracious.
Fortunately I had Rosyln and Vidya to accompany me and help me out whenever I'm met with any difficult situations. Btw, thank you Steve for orientating me! =)

Hope I've a better day tmr. Look forward. Cos' the next day is hols! Yeay! *haha*

Btw, thanks buddy for fetching me! *touched* So nice of him to travel all the way from City Hall to ORchard. And you know, adult fare is soo ex for goodness sake. Though I lunched alone, at least I'm not alone when I went home. =)
